Your Benefits

Competitive Wages

We use multiple sources for our compensation information, making adjustments throughout the year as necessary to stay competitive in our industry. We offer shift differentials, double time pay when a holiday is worked, and paid meal breaks on the overnight shifts.

Comprehensive Benefits

Full time employees choose from two major medical plans, two comprehensive dental plans, a vision plan, life and AD&D insurance, flexible spending accounts, Employee Assistance Program, Legal and Identity Shield, and more!

401(k)

We automatically enroll you at 6% in a traditional plan (meaning, the deduction is taken from your paycheck before taxes are calculated—this is a good thing!), and we match that first 6% with 3% contributed after the end of the year. That is free money to you!

Paid Time Off

For full and part time employees, this begins accruing on your first day with us, and can be used after you’ve been here 60 days. PTO is for use when you or a family member are sick, when you’re going on vacation, or just need an extra day off.

Career Path Development

We want to promote from within! You will have impressed us so much that we want to keep you, and we understand that you want to grow and develop in your chosen career path. We offer job-specific certification assistance, tuition assistance, ongoing training opportunities, and with multiple locations, the flexibility of moving and possibly staying with the organization.

Tuition Assistance

When you’re ready to begin or continue your college courses with an eye towards a degree that would help in your career with us, we will help you! Details are available in Human Resources.

Employee Rewards

We participate in OnShift, a program that tracks your on-time punches when arriving to or leaving work. The more on time you are, the faster you will amass points to be redeemed in small and large ways. It’s fun, and it’s rewarding! We also recognize employment anniversaries with gifts and monetary rewards, depending on the milestone you hit.

Additional Perks

Discounted employee meals, discounted scrubs to purchase onsite, onsite free flu shots, employee referral bonuses (paid to both referring and referred employees multiple times in the first year!), and fun times to celebrate throughout the year!

Part-Time Benefits

Part time employees are eligible for the EAP, 401k, and Legal/Identity Shield, plus a pro-rated PTO accrual.
