Short-Term Rehab
Why rehab with us? Everything revolves around the resident and their personal well-being. We have private rooms, private suites, and enhanced semi-private rooms. We have a calm relaxing environment in which to rehab. And more!
Long-Term Care
We have a comprehensive approach to short-term rehabilitation and long-term healthcare. After a full assessment by our nursing team, we will customize a care plan to preserve every resident’s dignity and respect their wishes while offering medical care.
We offer a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Short-Term Rehab, and Long-Term Care. This allows residents to transition between levels of care as their needs change without having to leave our West Des Moines community.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We believe pets bring joy and comfort to our residents, and we welcome them to join our close-knit family.
Our monthly fee includes utilities (except phone), weekly light housekeeping, medication administration and management, 24/7 emergency call system monitoring, transportation to scheduled outings and medical appointments within a 10-mile radius, and all meals and snacks.
